Terms and Conditions for adopting a puppy.
Meet Our Puppies:
You are more than welcome to come visit and have play-me with our puppies. We also offer photos, videos, and face-me! Please reach out to set an appointment!
Business Hours:
We are open Monday through Saturday by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays.
Pickup Policy:
Wooded Acres grants you 14 days to pick up your puppy after it becomes available at 8 weeks old or after the down payment date.
After 10 days, a boarding fee of $50.00 will be charged weekly and must be paid via PayPal. If the boarding fee is not paid, Wooded Acres reserves the right to re-list the puppy for adoption.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required if you wish for us to hold a puppy until it is available for pickup (at 8 weeks old) or until the customer arranges for a later pickup.
Payment Types: (Cash or PayPal Only)
(PayPal payments also accepted via Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card)
If you choose to pay the total balance with PayPal, a 4% convenience fee will be applied. Full payment is required at the time of pickup. All final transactions will have a 7% sales tax included.
Shipping:
We have nationwide shipping available at the buyer’s expense. We use a pet transport system that drives the puppy right to your front door. Price ranges are from $300-$500 depending on which state you live in. We can also meet you at the airport if you wish to fly your puppy home. If you choose the shipping option, payment must be made in full before the puppy leaves our property.
